Stephen Lo & P.Y. Tse, Solicitors was established in 1987, offering full-scale
legal services to both individual and corporate clients located in Hong Kong,
Mainland China and other places around the globe.
Our firm has extensive experience in providing a wide variety of professional
legal services, including setting up of companies in Hong Kong and overseas,
mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, conveyancing and property
transactions, migration application , wills and probate, wealth management,
trust matters, patents and intellectual properties, civil and criminal
litigations, and arbitration, etc. Our firm possesses extensive network with PRC
lawyers and has been working with reputable law firms in numerous provinces and
cities of Mainland China to provide legal services of excellent quality in Hong
Kong and Mainland China.
Our firm not only possesses solid experiences in handling legal matters in both
Hong Kong and Mainland China, but also commits ourselves to training highly
qualified legal professionals who are providing consultancy services to
large-scale multi-national corporations. The four partners in our firm are
experienced solicitors who have at least 10 years of post-qualification
experience. Our senior partner, Mr. Tse Pang Yuen, has over 30 years of
practicing experience as a solicitor in Hong Kong. He had served in senior
executive positions in the Hong Kong Government and worked in the Corruption
Prevention Department of the Independent Commission Against Corruption as Senior
Assignment Officer for many years. He was appointed by the Ministry of Justice
of the People’s Republic of China as a China-Appointed Attesting Officer in 1995
and has profound expertise in handling legal matters for corporates in both
Mainland and Hong Kong. Mr. Tse is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hong
Kong listed company and is an Adjunct Associate Professor of the Institute for
Entrepreneurship of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is also a Committee
Member and Vice-Chairman of the Education Funding Committee of the Chinese
General Chamber of Commerce.
